DIY Jack-o-lantern Goodie Bag Tutorial
With Halloween just around the corner I thought it’d be fun to create something special for the occasion. These cute little jack-o-lantern goodie bags are super simple, quick to make and the best part is you probably have most of the supplies laying around your house already.
What you’ll need:
Tin cans
Mod Podge
Tissue paper
Paint brushes
Sand paper or metal file
Acrylic paint
Wash and dry your tin can.
Sand or file down any sharp edges on the top inside lip of the can.
Spread a layer of mod podge over the tin can.
Wrap the can in tissue paper, this gives it a great texture especially if you leave in wrinkles.
Spread a layer of mod podge over the tissue paper.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 and let dry completely.
Cover the can with a layer or two of acrylic paint and let dry completely.
Paint your face and let dry completely.
