Refunds:
All returns/exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Returns/exchanges can only be arranged by e-mailing misty@creativelymisty.com.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for return/exchange. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a return/exchange. If the item matches the description and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
Any items accepted for return/exchange must be in the same excellent condition they were shipped in.
