Heart Tote DIY Tutorial
Skill Level: Beginner
Time needed: 10 minutes + drying time
Who doesn’t love celebrating LOVE!?! Whether you celebrate Valentine’s Day or just love any day of the year, this lovely tote bag is a great way to do it. It’s quick, easy and anyone can make it in just a few minutes.
Supplies:
Fabric tote bag
Fabric paint
Cardstock
Cardboard
Scissors
Paint dabbers
Cut out a cardstock heart big enough to fit your bag but leave enough space around the edge to paint.
Cut a piece of cardboard to fit into your bag. This helps to make sure the paint doesn’t go through to the other side.
Place your cardstock heart into the center of the bag.
Using your dabbers and paint, make dots around the heart. Make sure to over-lap the heart so you get a nice heart outline.
Let dry completely.
