DIY Bottle Light
  1. Remove all labeling from the bottle and wash thoroughly.

  2. Cut the cardstock to cover the entire bottle.

  3. Using Mod Podge, Decoupage or gel medium; adhere the paper to the bottle.

  4. Cut the paper at 1/2” intervals around the top of the bottle so the paper can lay flat. Adhere to the bottle and let dry.

  5. Cut out small design elements to allow more light through. This depends on the paper you chose.

  6. Wrap twine around the bottle top, gluing in place as you go.

  7. Drill a hole through the bottom of the bottle.

  8. String the lights into the bottle from the bottom and glue into place at the top of the bottle.
