Becoming More

I'm sure you've heard the phrase "fake it 'til you make it" right. Well I prefer Amy Cuddy's thinking, "fake it 'til you become it".

We are all constantly changing, becoming something else, something more than we are right now. It's in our very nature to grow, to learn, to progress through our journeys.

We have no way of knowing what we will become but we can certainly lead our lives in the direction of our choosing.

Everyday I put on any number of "uniforms". I'm an entrepreneur, a photographer, a blogger, a storyteller, a student, a social media guru, etc., etc. I choose to be all of these things every day.

I'm in no way an expert at all of these things or the countless other things I aspire to be but I'm going to keep on faking it 'til I become them.

Why? Because I can. Because I want to be all of that and more. Because it's my god given right to be all that I was created to be. You and I were made to become more!

There are so many possibilities waiting right outside our doors. We only need the courage to become them.
